TUNING IN- MORNING PRAYER
I come to you this morning as the source
You are my very life force
You are what charts the rivers course
You are the silence in the breath I hear as I pause
The balm in the ointment in my soars
tidal energy within that roars
The sinew that routes me in the earth
To stand for a just cause
Awakening the dawn
due on the lawn
Mending yesterday what was torn
Protecting dreams not yet born
Keep me centred in the eye of the storm
You are the nucleus of this universe
Distractions in your line of orbit help me to disperse
In your light immerse
Bring forth a verse
Lips un-pursed
The curse of work slavery helps us reverse
Teach me to rehearse to
Align my priorities and put you first
Give me heavens taste
the resources
You put in my hand help me not to waste
Your a moving fast help me keep pace
Without unnecessary haste
You are wild n you I chase
Seeing only your back round this (upward spiral of) labyrinth maze
I hide myself in the rocks n cover my face
I discern the phase
Help me to be centred but not to laze
Teach me to number my days
That I maybe wise to all of your ways
Choose wise words in life’s play
You hold my anxiety and keep it at bay
The garment of praise help it not to fray
Finding frequencies which make hearts sing
Flying on angels wings catching wind of the new thing
My tribe is dancing
Keep step as I’m tuning in
embracing brothers and
sisters as next of kin
Heaven n earth wearing thin
You pick me up
Of the pit I hid in
My insides tingle
Where I need to take the angel dust pollen
help me to mingle
Show me where love to sprinkle
I’m standing upright
Realigning my spine
One vertebrae at a time
With a prayer the seasons will come to align
The love you feel for me is upright let this be sign
Today I’m feeling just fine
In the fruits of abundance you ask me to dine.
RESONATING- MIDDAY PRAYER
Shalom
I’m resonating with the Spirit
In the middle of this day
I give you the challenges that have come my way
Like a well rooted plant
Help me not sway
And as a child I learn to play
Thanks that symbols in your sanctuary
You ask me not to pack away
Shift the industrial smoke screen that makes
My world grey
And keep penetrating my consciousness
With your rays
The eyes of my soul meet your gaze
Every time you set my insights ablaze
Help me to fashion
Myself a brighter place to play
with all the companions that come my way
You open portholes
You open doors
Defying possibilities laws
Stilling storms ceasing wars
Melting frozen hearts that thaw
Closer and deeper than pores
HARMONISING – FADING OUT EVENING PRAYER
In the harmony of this evening
As the sun is setting
To draw close I hear the woo I won’t be forgetting
As the light of the day sets
The light of the heart I let in

Fading out
Not fading away
You’ve been closer than breath Throughout this day
With you into the centre
I want to stay
I know you want love Not just to obey
From you I don’t want to stray
Though others may come my way I want my heart to be yours Day after day
In this way of being my essence rests
A life close to you is one that is blessed
In the shadow of your wings I do rest
You are the boulder
The shoulder where I can nest
In you energy I invest
Holding me tight too your chest
